  13.     Regardless of Lazer's proclaimed, though undetermined, schoolastic 
  14. credentials, and his Nevada-esque norms on sexual adventurism, one 
  15. correlation between his anti-gravity claims and Dr. Paul Hills' analysis 
  16. is the supposed ability of a disc-shaped craft to 'focus' gravity waves 
  17. either to a point or diffuse those waves across an area underneath the craft.

  20. little value to a UFO.  Suppose that their propulsive field had sperical 
  21. symmetry.  That is, suppose that it had equal strength in all 
  22. directions.  Then the UFO would decend to earth on a radial vertical 
  23. path, or leave earth in a radial direction, but it could not maneuver or 
  24. even travel horizontally.  UFOs must and can point their force field in 
  25. any desired direction, an ability which requires focusing and the ability 
  26. to point the beam.... .... The observer [taken from account by Jacques 
  27. and Janine Vallee's ''Challange to science'' sourced from Hill] noted that 
  28. the object had the shape of a hemisphere, or inverted bowl, and that as it 
  29. hovered what he at first thought to be jets were in reality formed by a 
  30. luminous cone [references to sketches], that opened up under the object 
  31. like an umbrella, giving the impression that it was ''rising, on luminous 
  32. flames.''  Of course, the reader now knows it is rising above cold 
  33. plasma, not flames.  The object then tilted, base toward the viewer after 
  34. takeoff, and which the object was going away the plasma zone was shaped 
  35. as [focused to a point from the base of the craft in a sketch].

  38. saucer) could:

  40.     1. Sharply focus, resulting in a plasma cone.
  41.     2. Broadly focus, as in the umbrella act
  42.     3. Could exhibit a plasma zone shaped like an inverted gas flame, 
  43.         suggesting that the plasma is swept inward by the axially
  44.         symmetric air flow about the vehicle.
  45.     4. Point the focused field in any direction it chooses (by 
  46.         vehicle tilting).'

  54.     Compare this to Mark Hines' article on Bob Lazer where he states:

  56.     'The gravity amplifiers themselves are three tubes about two feet
  57. in diameter and four feet long. They are arranged in a triangular
  58. configuration below a false floor and above the bottom of the craft. The
  59. reactor is centered between the three amplifiers because the wave is also
  60. present at the bottom of the reactor. The reactor acts as a transmitter,
  61. similar to a Tesla Coil, in that each amplifier is independently tuned to
  62. function as an amplifying receiver. Gravity waves have amplitude,
  63. wavelength and frequency, just as any other wave does. As the amplitude is
  64. increased, gravitational waves bend space around the disc.  Each of the
  65. three gravity amplifiers produces its own gravitational wave, and,
  66. depending on how the amplifiers are oriented, gravity waves can be focused
  67. on a point or spread out. On gimbols, each amplifier can operate
  68. independently. The waves are phase shifted, which changes the wave's
  69. orientation and plane from zero to 180 degrees, thereby changing the
  70. attraction or repulsion of the wave. When a disc operates on only one
  71. amplifier, standing on a pedestal of gravity, it is said to operate in an
  72. omicron configuration. In this configuration, the other two amplifiers are
  73. freed for other uses--such as picking up cattle.'

  79.     Without concerning ourselves whether Lazars' claims are accurate, 
  80. or even true, I find it interesting that he made this point years before 
  81. Hill published his book; posthumously, it's worth noting, but I think 
  82. it's safe to argue that neither ever met or made contact.  Now one could 
  83. argue that this should be obvious to any propulsion specialist.  
  84. *Anything* that moves through space intentionally requires some form of 
  85. controlled and focused propulsion.  Still, this is a curious development.
